Characterful Pouilly-Fuissé from vines that are at least 40 years old. It is aged in barriques for eight to twelve months, 15% of which are new. It therefore has only a very light oak note. This Pouilly-Fuissé is a crisp, round and smooth wine. Its aromas of white fruit combine with the sweetness of white floral notes. It is characterized by its richness and softness in the mouth. The wine is ready to drink immediately and can be stored for up to ten years. 100% Chardonnay.
Located in the village of Vergisson, in the heart of the great Deux Roches natural area, the Guerrin et Fils estate covers nearly 14 hectares. This family business was recently taken over by the son, the fourth generation of winegrowers who are passionate about their profession! Divided into more than 35 plots, the vineyards are made up of a mosaic of soils offering an exceptional variety of terroirs. Some plots are ploughed, others are cultivated by hand.
